I specialize in coaching non-Black people of color, particularly Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders (AAPIs), around unpacking privilege/power, exploring racial and gender identity, navigating oppression and dominance, rejecting the model minority myth, exploring how racial inequities manifest at work, and cultivating an anti-racist stance. I’m also happy to work with any clients who identify as BIPOC, and I offer significant coaching discounts to clients who identify as BIPOC.
If you identify as white, I’ll likely ask for an initial call to determine fit or refer you to another coach in my network.
