    • I specialize in coaching non-Black people of color, particularly Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders (AAPIs), around unpacking privilege/power, exploring racial and gender identity, navigating oppression and dominance, rejecting the model minority myth, exploring how racial inequities manifest at work, and cultivating an anti-racist stance. I’m also happy to work with any clients who identify as BIPOC, and I offer significant coaching discounts to clients who identify as BIPOC.

    • If you identify as white, I’ll likely ask for an initial call to determine fit or refer you to another coach in my network.
